1. What is a Cookie?

A Cookie is a small file of text which attaches itself to a user’s device (computer, tablet, smartphone etc..), when they are browsing a particular website.


It contains the following information:  the server name it has generated, a unique numeric ID and an expiration date.  Cookies have different functions: to register language parameters, collect information regarding website navigation and use, associate website activity with a specific user, etc.  Only the issuer of a cookie can read it, register it or change the information is contains.

2. Which cookies do we use ?

These cookies ensure that the website works correctly and the use of the main features (for example, identification and conservation of user’s preferences with the consentment cookies)


These cookies optimise the correct use of the website by proposing improved and personalised features.  Without these cookies, the correct use of the website can be put at risk and access to certain services made impossible.  It is not avisable to desactivate them.  The user can however configure the attachment of cookies by following the indications outlined in point 3.


Statistic cookies and audience measurement
These cookies aim to carry out statistical analysis, audience measurement, behavioural and navagational  analysis with the objective of improving the user’s experience and the website’s performance. The user can configure the attachment of cookies by following the instructions in point 3. Refusing the acceptance of cookies does not affect website navigation.

3. ACCEPTING OR REFUSING COOKIES

The user has different ways of mangaging their choice of cookies.  The difference between management methods depends on whether the cookie is subject to pre-consentment or not. The user can change their choices at any moment.  For informational purposes, the configuration of cookies can change navigation conditions on the website, as well as access conditions to certain services and can cause the malfunction of certain features.
