Delivery information
Delivery costs :
- For orders greater than 1300 € incl. tax with a delivery address in Metropolitan France, there is no extra delivery charge
- For orders less than 1300 € incl. tax, the delivery costs will depend on the weight and the final delivery destination. Consult your order to find out the exact amount.
Delivery zones:
- We can only deliver in Metropolitan France, Belgium and Luxembourg. Orders for delivery outside these zones must be quoted on an individual basis.
- All products will be sent to the delivery address indicated during the order process.
Expedition schedule :
- Delivery is usually between 8 to 12 working days after order validation and does not exceed 30 calendar days.
- You will receive an email once your order is dispatched.

Access to delivery destination :
- Make sure that your delivery address is accessible for small lorries and for smaller 19 tonne lorries.
- The delivery is carried out on the ground, in front of the indicated address. In the event of this not being possible, the delivery will be carried out at the nearest point subject to the driver’s decision.
- If you have any doubts regarding the accessibility to the delivery address, please contact us in order to check and if necessary, find a specific solution.
Delivery methods :
- Your order will be delievered against a signature and the corresponding identification papers.
- Check the state of your order and if it is correct in front of the driver. In case of any problem (dammage, broken goods, incomplete order), please indicate it on the delivery note. If the driver refuses to wait for you to check the order, please also indicate this on the delivery note.
Delivery problems :
- You will be informed of the delivery schedule before you confirm your order. If the delivery schedule is greater than 30 days, you can cancel you order and receive a reimbursement.
- If you wish to make a complaint, contact us by email indicating your order number and photos of the damaged products or a photo of the delivery note given to the transport company showing your comments, within a period of 24 hours after having receiving the goods.
Order cancellation :
- A dispatched order cannot be cancelled, however you can exercise your withdrawal right during a period of 14 days following the order delivery.
- Reshipping costs are at the client’s expense and the goods must be resent in the same packaging and state in which they were received.
- If you require assistance for the return of goods, we can offer you help.
Lost packages :
- In the event of a lost package, we will reship the lost items afer having investigated with the transport company.

Returns and exchanges made simple with Magasin du Carrelage
At Magasin du Carrelage, we want you to be completely satified with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your tiles, please do not panic ! Here is how we make returns and exchanges easy for you :
1. Easy returns :
If you change your mind or if the tiles do not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return them to us. Contact us by e-mail at info@magasinducarrelage.fr with your order number and we will guide you through the return process.
2. Secure packaging :
Make sure that the products you wish to return are in their original packaging and in the same state you received them. This will help us deal with your return quickly and guarantee that the returned articles are conform.
3. Rapid exchanges :
If you need another model or colour, no worries, we offer a service which allows you to exchange your tiles. Let us know your new references and we will look after the rest.
4. Transparent reimbursements :
Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will carry out a complete reimbursement corresponding to the value of the order (exempt of reshipping costs and any goods damaged during the return process), through the same payment method used during the order process. The reimbursement may take a few days to appear on your account depending on your bank.
