Order cancellation

Order cancellation :

  • A dispatched order cannot be cancelled, however you can exercise your withdrawal right during a period of 14 days following the order delivery.

  • Reshipping costs are at the client’s expense and the goods must be resent in the same packaging and state in which they were received.

  • If you require assistance for the return of goods, we can offer you help.

Lost packages :

  • In the event of a lost package, we will reship the lost items afer having investigated with the transport company.

Returns and exchanges made simple with Magasin du Carrelage

At  Magasin du Carrelage, we want you to be completely satified with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your tiles, please do not panic !  Here is how we make returns and exchanges easy for you  :

1. Easy returns :
If you change your mind or if the tiles do not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return them to us. Contact us by e-mail at info@magasinducarrelage.fr with your order number and we will guide you through the return process.

2. Secure packaging :
Make  sure that the products you wish to return are in their original packaging and in the same state you received them.  This will help us deal with your return quickly and guarantee that the returned articles are conform.

3. Rapid exchanges :
If you need another model or colour, no worries, we offer a service which allows you to exchange your tiles. Let us know your new references and we will look after the rest.

4. Transparent reimbursements :
Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will carry out a complete reimbursement corresponding to the value of the order (exempt of reshipping costs and any goods damaged during the return process), through the same payment method used during the order process. The reimbursement may take a few days to appear on your account depending on your bank.  

5. Our attentive customer service :
